Wearing & caring
Which wrist should I wear it on?
Tradition says the left wrist receives (calm, love, abundance) and the right wrist projects (protection, confidence). Wear it where it feels right.
Can I shower or swim with it?
Please don鈥檛. Water, soap and chlorine wear the stretch cord and can dull porous stones. Roll it off before water and sport.
Can I sleep in it?
Yes, if it is comfortable. Calm and sleep stones are made for it. Energising stones like carnelian and citrine are better left on the nightstand.
How do I know the stones are real?
Real stone is cold to the touch, heavier than it looks, and no two beads match. Every Crystal Basket piece is natural and undyed, and we say so on the card in the box.
How many can I stack?
Two to four looks best. Group by intention or contrast a slim 6mm with an 8mm. Our stack builder shows three together before you buy.
How often should I cleanse it?
On arrival, then about once a month. Moonlight overnight, a selenite plate, or smoke all work.
What if the cord breaks?
Stretch cord is a wear part. We restring any Crystal Basket bracelet for free, for life. Message us on WhatsApp.

How do I pay?
Card checkout through our secure payment links where available, or order on WhatsApp and pay by card link, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
How fast is delivery?
Next-day across the UAE, once your order is confirmed. Free over 250 AED.
Can I exchange the size?
Yes. Unworn, within 14 days. We cover the courier once. Send us your wrist measurement first and we will string it to size.
Do you gift-wrap?
Every bracelet ships in a linen pouch with its meaning card. Add a note in the WhatsApp order and we will include a handwritten card.
