Which wrist do you wear The Still Mind on?
The Still Mind is a calm bracelet, and tradition puts calm stones on the left wrist, the receiving side. That is a custom, not a rule: wear amethyst wherever it feels comfortable, and keep it off the hand you write with if the beads catch on the desk.
Can The Still Mind get wet or sit in the sun?
Take it off before showers, swimming and the gym, because water and soap wear out stretch cord on every bracelet. A brief rinse in plain water is fine when you cleanse amethyst. Keep it out of long direct sun too, which fades amethyst.
What does The Still Mind stack with?
