The piece
Eight-millimetre amethyst with natural white banding through the purple, strung without any metal. The classic calming stone, traditionally worn to quiet an overactive mind and soften the evening. Real stock from the studio, and once these are gone we will not restring them.

Activate, cleanse & care
- Hold it in both hands and take three slow breaths.
- Say the intention out loud, three times: “I let the day settle.”
- Wear it on the wrist that feels right. Left to receive, right to project.
Cleanse on arrival and about once a month: overnight in moonlight, on a selenite plate, or with smoke. A quick rinse in plain water is fine. Avoid long sun: Amethyst fades in sunlight. Full care guide.

About The Quiet
Which wrist do you wear The Quiet on?
The Quiet is a calm bracelet, and tradition puts calm stones on the left wrist, the receiving side. That is a custom, not a rule: wear amethyst wherever it feels comfortable, and keep it off the hand you write with if the beads catch on the desk.
Can The Quiet get wet or sit in the sun?
Take it off before showers, swimming and the gym, because water and soap wear out stretch cord on every bracelet. A brief rinse in plain water is fine when you cleanse amethyst. Keep it out of long direct sun too, which fades amethyst.
What does The Quiet stack with?
