What is a labradorite bracelet worn for?
A labradorite bracelet is traditionally worn for change, intuition and a sense of protection around your own energy. It is linked with the third eye and throat chakras and with Leo, Scorpio and Sagittarius. Many people are drawn to it simply for the flash, which is different on every bead. Labradorite is water safe; avoid hard knocks, because feldspar can chip.

What is labradorite?
Labradorite is a feldspar mineral. Its flash, called labradorescence, is light bouncing between thin layers inside the stone, so colour appears and disappears as the bead turns. It measures 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs hardness scale and is commonly found in Madagascar, Finland and Canada. Every Crystal Basket bead is natural and undyed, so colour and pattern vary from bead to bead.
Which wrist do you wear labradorite on?
Wear labradorite on the left wrist. It is chosen for intuition and insight, which tradition places on the receiving side.
How do you cleanse a labradorite bracelet?
Cleanse labradorite when it arrives and about once a month: overnight in moonlight, on a selenite plate for a few hours, or in palo santo, sage or oud smoke. A brief rinse in plain water is fine; dry it straight away so the cord lasts. It is sun safe, so a short spell on a bright windowsill does no harm. Full cleanse and care guide.
What does labradorite pair well with?
Labradorite is often worn beside moonstone, amethyst and clear quartz. Every bracelet is 8 mm, so any of them stack evenly on the same wrist.
