The piece
Red jasper, carnelian, citrine, aventurine, lapis, amethyst and clear quartz set in the traditional root-to-crown order on glossy black beads. Traditionally worn for overall balance.

Carnelian: Vitality, Creativity, Drive. Warm and energising. Carnelian is traditionally worn for creative fire, get-up-and-go and the courage to start.

About The Seven
Which wrist do you wear The Seven on?
The Seven is a grounding bracelet, and tradition puts grounding stones on the right wrist, the projecting side. That is a custom, not a rule: wear red jasper, carnelian, citrine, green aventurine, lapis lazuli, amethyst and clear quartz wherever it feels comfortable, and keep it off the hand you write with if the beads catch on the desk.
Can The Seven get wet or sit in the sun?
Take it off before showers, swimming and the gym, because water and soap wear out stretch cord on every bracelet. Lapis Lazuli should stay dry altogether. Keep it out of long direct sun too, which fades carnelian, citrine and amethyst.
